About Me

The Full Story

I’m Sharon Paxman — a Civil, Commercial, and Workplace Mediator and Negotiator with a deep passion for helping people resolve conflict with clarity, dignity, and confidence.

My approach to mediation is rooted in three things I value most:
emotional intelligence, advanced communication (NLP), and strategic problem-solving.

I spent more than a decade in global investment banking, eventually becoming one of the youngest Executive Directors in London. Working in high-pressure environments, managing multi-party negotiations, and leading teams across different cultures taught me how people communicate under stress — and how the right conversation can turn even the most challenging situation around.

Mediation became a natural extension of this work. Today, I bring all of that experience into the room: the commercial insight, the calm leadership, and the ability to navigate complexity without judgement.

Alongside my mediation work, I’m also trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and have studied criminal psychology, which allows me to recognise behavioural patterns, understand emotional triggers, and guide people out of conflict using language that promotes collaboration rather than defensiveness.

My clients describe me as calm, fair, intuitive, and highly effective at helping people feel heard — often for the first time in a long time. I believe mediation is more than resolving a dispute; it’s about restoring communication, rebuilding trust, and helping individuals or businesses move forward with solutions they genuinely feel good about.

Whether you’re navigating a commercial disagreement, a workplace conflict, or a cross-border dispute, my role is to create a safe, structured, and supportive space where meaningful resolution becomes possible.

If you’re ready to move past conflict and towards clarity, I’m here to help.
